HGV Class 1 Driver – Day Shifts (Bristol)

About the role
We are seeking experienced HGV Class 1 drivers for day‑shift work based at our Severn Beach depot (BS35). The role offers a competitive hourly rate and the chance to progress from a temporary to a permanent long‑term position.
Key responsibilities
- Perform daily vehicle safety and pre‑trip checks.
- Deliver goods to stores, handling up to seven drops per route.
- Load and unload cages, dolly bases and pallets (handballing).
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation.
Required profile
- Valid UK Class 1 driving licence with Full CPC and Digi card.
- No more than six penalty points and no DD, DR, IN, or TT endorsements.
- Minimum two years recent HGV driving experience.
- Strong communication skills.
