About the role
We are looking for an experienced HGV Class 1 driver to join our busy Erith Distribution Centre. The role involves 40‑48 hours per week, with early‑morning or mid‑day start times, and includes both single‑drop and multi‑drop deliveries to cash‑and‑carry and retail partner stores.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver stock safely and efficiently to a network of stores.
- Complete all delivery paperwork accurately.
- Perform vehicle checks at the start and end of each shift.
- Handle cage work and load/unload goods as required.
- Maintain high standards of safety and professionalism while working independently on the road.
Required profile
- Valid C+E licence.
- Experience with multi‑drop deliveries (preferred).
- Comfortable performing cage work.
- Willingness to work Saturdays and weekends (premium rates apply).
