High Net Worth Mortgage Broker – Hybrid (South East England)

About the role

We are seeking a top‑performing Mortgage Broker to join an award‑winning high‑net‑worth mortgage brokerage serving the High Wycombe, Amersham and Beaconsfield areas. The role is hybrid, Monday‑Friday, with a focus on building and maximising introducer relationships and advising affluent clients on mortgage solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a pipeline of leads sourced from internal referrals, estate agents, accountants and other introducers.
• Develop and nurture relationships with estate‑agency introducers to generate new business.
• Provide expert mortgage advice to high‑net‑worth (HNW) clients, matching products to their needs.
• Achieve uncapped earnings targets and contribute to the firm’s growth.
• Maintain compliance with industry regulations and CeMAP standards.

Required profile

• Full CeMAP (or equivalent) qualification.
• Minimum three years’ experience as a mortgage adviser.
• Proven track record working with HNW clientele (preferred).
• Successful history of collaborating with estate‑agency introducers.
• Entrepreneurial, driven and enthusiastic attitude.
