Home Delivery Driver

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic Home Delivery Drivers to join our team and represent Iceland on the road. You will deliver groceries to customers, ensuring a friendly and reliable service while keeping active and independent.

Key responsibilities

• Follow safe van loading procedures, including heavy lifting and manual handling.
• Adhere to safe driving practices at all times.
• Complete pre‑ and post‑delivery van checks.
• Ensure food arrives to customers in the best possible condition.
• Provide excellent customer service and act as the face of the brand.
• Lend a hand in the store when required.
• Work independently and manage your time efficiently.
• Flexibly cover shifts that may vary between 6 am and 11 pm.

Required profile

• Full driving licence held for at least 3 years with no more than 6 points.
• Positive, friendly and passionate about delivering a great customer experience.
• Punctual and able to meet deadlines.
• Strong awareness of road safety.
