About the role
Join Nuffield Health as a Hospital Pharmacist in Brentwood, England. You will work within a dynamic hospital pharmacy team, delivering safe and effective medication services to patients and supporting clinical staff.
Key responsibilities
- Dispense and verify prescription medications in accordance with UK pharmacy regulations.
- Provide clinical pharmacy advice to doctors, nurses and other healthcare professionals.
- Conduct medication reviews and support therapeutic decision‑making.
- Maintain accurate pharmacy records and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
- Participate in ward rounds and contribute to multidisciplinary patient care.
Required profile
- Registered pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
- Relevant pharmacy degree or equivalent qualification.
- Experience in a hospital or clinical pharmacy setting is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety.
