About the role
We are seeking an experienced Area Manager to lead multiple hospitality locations across South East England. You will partner closely with General Managers to develop talent, boost operational performance, and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee day‑to‑day operations of several sites, ensuring standards are met.
- Coach and develop General Managers and their teams.
- Analyse commercial performance and implement improvement plans.
- Drive a people‑first culture that promotes high performance.
- Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic initiatives.
Required profile
- Proven experience as an Area Manager or multi‑site leader in hospitality, QSR or retail.
- Strong commercial awareness and a passion for people development.
- Ability to inspire and lead teams across multiple locations.
- Commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences.
