Hospitality Assessor – Adult Skills Trainer (Temp)

About the role

Reed is seeking a dedicated Hospitality Assessor to deliver Level 2 Hospitality courses to adult learners on a short‑term basis. This temporary position involves travelling between training sites in North and East London and supporting learners to achieve their qualifications.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver accredited training sessions in hospitality for adult learners.
• Manage a caseload of 15‑20 learners, providing personalised support and guidance.
• Travel between training sites in London as required.
• Assess learner progress, give constructive feedback and ensure successful qualification outcomes.
• Maintain accurate records of learner progress and milestones.

Required profile

• Relevant teaching qualification at Level 3 or above.
• Assessing qualification such as A1, CAVA or TAQA.
• Specialised experience delivering training to adult learners.
• Enhanced DBS check covering both child and adult barred lists.
• Proven ability to manage and deliver effective adult training.
• Strong organisational and communication abilities.
