Hospitality Assistant – Part‑time (20 hrs/week)

About the role

BM Caterers is seeking a part‑time Hospitality Assistant to work Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays (20 hours per week) at our London Wall venue. You will help deliver a seamless, high‑standard hospitality experience for high‑profile events, corporate meetings and functions.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, service and clear catering areas with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ensure every customer interaction is courteous, discreet and meets their needs.
• Follow company procedures and health‑and‑safety guidelines at all times.
• Read and apply information from company manuals to understand products and services.
• Provide flexible cover for holidays and peak periods when required.

Required profile

• Strong listening skills and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Confident communication and a professional, polite demeanor.
• Organised approach to work, adhering to established plans and best practices.
• Willingness to adjust working days for cover and peak periods.

Required skills

• Food Safety Level 2 certification.
• Health & Safety Level 2 certification.
