Hospitality Host – Service & Reception

About the role

As a Hospitality Host you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they feel at home from arrival to departure. You will combine front‑desk duties with service of drinks, snacks and breakfast, while supporting self‑check‑in and maintaining a welcoming environment.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests, manage self‑check‑in and handle front‑desk queries.
• Prepare cocktails, drinks and light snacks with speed and quality.
• Run the breakfast buffet and serve coffee using barista skills.
• Receive, inspect and store goods, keeping the service area perfectly set up.
• Provide local insider tips to enhance the guest experience.

Required profile

• Ideally some experience in the hotel or hospitality sector.
• Flexible and willing to work rotating shifts.
• Reliable, multitasking and eager to learn.
• Empathetic, enthusiastic and enjoys interacting with guests.
• Fluent English communication.
