Host / Receptionist – 12 Month Fixed‑Term (Manchester)

About the role

Bruntwood is seeking a friendly and professional Host to manage the North and South entrances of the St James building in Manchester City Centre. This is a temporary, 12‑month fixed‑term position covering the period while the main entrance undergoes project work. You will be the first point of contact for tenants, visitors and clients, representing the company’s brand and values.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and direct all customers and visitors entering the building.
• Provide a positive customer experience and act as the face of Bruntwood.
• Support sales teams by facilitating new customer viewings.
• Manage desk‑based tasks while building relationships with occupants.
• Collect and update customer intelligence in internal systems.
• Collaborate with colleagues across departments to ensure smooth building operations.
• Promote workplace wellbeing and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile
