Hotel Day Ambassador – Guest Experience Specialist

About the role

As a Hotel Day Ambassador at citizenM Glasgow, you will be the face of the brand, delivering a seamless and memorable experience for every guest. This multifaceted role blends reception, concierge, barista, and logistics duties, allowing you to showcase a wide range of hospitality skills.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and assist them at self‑check‑in kiosks.
• Prepare and serve hot and cold breakfast items, coffee, and signature cocktails.
• Act as a local concierge, providing recommendations on dining, shopping, and entertainment.
• Maintain cleanliness of the living room, canteen, and food displays.
• Handle guest requests, manage reservations in the property management system, and set up societyM meeting rooms.
