Hotel Day Ambassador – Guest Experience Specialist

About the role

As a Hotel Day Ambassador at citizenM, you will be the face of the brand, delivering a seamless and memorable experience for every guest. You will combine reception, concierge, barista and logistics duties in a dynamic, self‑service hotel environment.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and assist them at self‑check‑in kiosks.
• Prepare and serve hot and cold breakfast items, coffee, and signature cocktails.
• Act as a local concierge, providing recommendations on dining, shopping and entertainment.
• Maintain cleanliness of the living room, canteen and food displays for each shift.
• Handle guest requests, operate the property management system (PMS) and support meeting‑room setup.

Required profile

• Friendly, optimistic attitude with a genuine desire to make guests smile.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work well in a team.
• Curious, detail‑oriented and open to learning new technologies.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Basic operation of a property management system (PMS).
