Hotel Porter – Front of House Team

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and reliable Hotel Porter to join our Front of House team at Thornbury Castle. You will play a key part in delivering 5‑star hospitality by welcoming guests, handling luggage and ensuring public areas remain immaculate.

Key responsibilities

• Greeting guests upon arrival and assisting with luggage.
• Escorting guests to their rooms and answering basic queries.
• Keeping guest corridors, lobby and public spaces clean and tidy.
• Co‑ordinating with other departments to ensure guest safety.
• Supporting room deliveries such as room service or extra amenities.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work reliably as part of a team.

• Zero‑hours permanent contract with full flexibility Monday‑Sunday.
