Hotel Real Estate Asset Management Analyst

About the role

This position provides key support to the Asset Management team of a specialist hotel real‑estate investor. You will work on financial and operational analysis, reporting, forecasting and assist with investment, refurbishment and disposal activities across a portfolio of hotels in London, Europe and the U.S.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain analytical tools to evaluate hotel operational performance.
• Analyse results against budgets, forecasts and market benchmarks.
• Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly performance reports.
• Support annual business planning, budgeting and capital‑expenditure planning.
• Identify portfolio risks and propose mitigation strategies.
• Build detailed financial models, cash‑flow analyses and investment appraisals.
• Assist with acquisition, refinancing, disposal and due‑diligence processes.
• Produce presentations, investment memoranda, teaser documents and shareholder materials.
• Maintain reporting structures, documentation and data integrity.
