Hotel Technician – Luxury Hotel Maintenance

About the role

The Hotel Technician supports the Engineering Department by performing general maintenance and repairs throughout Four Seasons Hotel London at Tower Bridge. The role involves high‑quality, safe repairs in both guest‑facing areas and back‑of‑house facilities, ensuring the hotel’s equipment, fixtures, and plant operate flawlessly.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Engineering team with routine and emergency maintenance tasks.
• Carry out repairs on electrical systems, motors, starters, breakers and associated equipment.
• Maintain and fix fixtures, fittings, and plant items across guest areas and service zones.
• Adhere to safe working practices and health‑and‑safety standards.
• Work flexible shift patterns, including nights and weekends as required.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a similar maintenance role within a 5‑star luxury hotel.
• Technical knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
• Awareness of safe working practices.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a dedicated team.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• Flexible and adaptable approach to shift work.
