House Manager – Prestigious Private Residence in Ascot

About the role

We are seeking an experienced House Manager to oversee the day‑to‑day operations of a prestigious private residence in Ascot. Reporting directly to the Principal, you will lead a high‑performing household team and ensure the estate is maintained to the highest standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all operational aspects of the residence, including housekeeping, food & beverage, and kitchen services.
• Lead, support and monitor departmental managers and the wider household staff.
• Conduct regular inspections to guarantee impeccable presentation of the property.
• Ensure each department is fully staffed and operates efficiently.
• Proactively identify and resolve operational issues before they impact service.
• Maintain clear communication across departments to deliver seamless service.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing a luxury private residence, palace, or comparable estate.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Exceptional organisational ability and attention to detail.
• Calm under pressure and capable of handling multiple priorities.
• Passion for delivering first‑class service.
