Main Responsibilities
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across hospital wards and patient areas.
- Perform deep cleaning tasks using modern equipment and specialized cleaning products.
- Manage waste disposal and linen collection in accordance with healthcare protocols.
- Collaborate closely with the Infection Prevention team to uphold strict sanitary standards.
- Identify and report any maintenance issues or safety incidents immediately to ensure a secure environment.
Candidate Profile
- Highly motivated individual with a strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and a natural inclination toward customer service.
- Ability to work flexibly within a bank/ad-hoc contract structure.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospital setting.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and hygiene standards.
- Ability to use professional cleaning equipment and chemicals safely.
- Effective time management and prioritization.
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
