Housekeeper – Guest Services & Housekeeping

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Housekeeper to ensure every guest enjoys a comfortable, spotless stay. You will be the face of our hotel’s high‑standard guest service, maintaining rooms and public areas to an immaculate level.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain guest rooms – replace linens, restock toiletries, vacuum, dust, clean windows, and arrange furniture.
• Clean communal areas, collaborate with the Property Manager and maintenance team, and use the cleaning app to document work.
• Support smooth check‑in and check‑out processes and address guest complaints promptly.
• Manage laundry – treat stains, operate washers, dry and iron linens according to manufacturer guidelines.
• Maintain restaurant hygiene – set tables, present menus, take orders, serve food and beverages, handle payments, and keep serving areas clean.
• Record bookings and payments in Zeevou, track recurring issues, and report them to management.
• Communicate with the remote team via Discord and participate in weekly meetings.
• Perform any additional duties delegated by the onsite manager or operations executive.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.
• Honesty, integrity, and a proactive, enthusiastic attitude.
• Flexibility to adapt to varying guest needs and schedules.
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
• Legal right to work in the United Kingdom (ID, proof of address, work authorization).

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Zeevou booking platform.
• Experience using a cleaning management app.
• Basic familiarity with Discord for team communication.
