Housekeeper – Nursery Operations

About the role

As a Housekeeper at N Family Club you will ensure the nursery environment is clean, safe and welcoming for children, parents and staff. You will work closely with the nursery team to maintain high hygiene standards and support the smooth running of daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain spotless classrooms, kitchens, bathrooms and changing areas.
• Report any broken or faulty equipment to management promptly.
• Manage laundry, restock cleaning supplies and organise deliveries.
• Water plants and keep the nursery bright and fresh.
• Follow COSHH guidelines when using cleaning products and handling hazardous materials.
• Welcome visitors and ensure all areas are tidy and safe.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a cleaning or housekeeping role.
• Knowledge of COSHH guidelines and Health & Safety practices.
• Caring, enthusiastic attitude with a genuine love for working with children and families.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and maintain a positive outlook.
