About the role

We are seeking reliable and motivated Housekeepers to join our hotel team in Gateshead. This part‑time position ensures a clean, safe and welcoming environment for guests, contributing to a comfortable stay.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest rooms and public areas to high standards.
• Change bed linen, make beds and replenish guest amenities.
• Dust, polish and vacuum rooms and corridors.
• Clean bathrooms and ensure supplies are stocked.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests.
• Report maintenance issues or safety hazards.
• Use and store cleaning equipment safely and correctly.
• Follow health, safety and company procedures.
• Collaborate with the team to meet quality standards.
