Housekeeper – Pub Hospitality Role

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to join our award‑winning pub team. You will help maintain the high standards of cleanliness and hospitality that make our venue a favourite for guests year‑round.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure all public areas, dining rooms, and guest rooms are spotless and well‑presented.
• Maintain the garden and outdoor spaces, supporting seasonal events such as barbecues and alfresco dining.
• Follow health, safety and hygiene procedures at all times.
• Assist with the set‑up and breakdown of events, ensuring a smooth guest experience.
• Report any maintenance issues promptly to management.

Required profile

• Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a busy team environment.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Required skills

• Experience with commercial cleaning equipment and chemicals.
• Knowledge of health and safety standards in hospitality settings.
