Housekeeper – Shopping Centre Cleaning

About the role

Join the professional cleaning team at Guildhall Shopping Centre in Exeter. As a Housekeeper you will help maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for visitors and retailers, supporting the centre’s high standards of service.

Key responsibilities

• Perform all cleaning tasks according to the site specification.
• Use cleaning machinery and equipment safely after training.
• Maintain positive relationships with retailers and assist the public with enquiries.
• Support client‑planned events and future activities as required.

Required profile

• Good communication skills and a customer‑service mindset.
• Flexible, motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Previous cleaning experience in a similar environment is preferred.
• Driving licence is advantageous but not mandatory.

Required skills

• Safe operation of cleaning machinery and equipment.
