Housekeeping Steward

About the role

Join the onboard team of the Britannic Explorer, a Belmond luxury train, as a Housekeeping Steward. You will help deliver an exceptional guest experience by maintaining cabins and public areas to the highest standards throughout the seasonal period.

Key responsibilities

• Clean guest cabins and public spaces according to departmental standards.
• Make beds with fresh linen, replace amenities and report any maintenance defects.
• Assist with onboard duties such as greeting guests, handling luggage and supporting other operational departments.
• Maintain personal and team areas immaculately and present a professional appearance at all times.

Required profile

• Eligibility to work in the United Kingdom.
• 1‑2 years of relevant housekeeping experience, preferably in luxury hospitality.
• Hospitality qualification is an advantage.
• Knowledge of COSHH regulations and housekeeping operations.
• Ability to work under pressure, follow instructions and operate independently when needed.
