About the role
Join our dynamic team in Burnley as a Housing Officer on a temporary contract. You will help individuals and families secure safe accommodation while providing tailored advice and support.
Key responsibilities
- Assess housing needs and deliver personalised advice.
- Coordinate temporary housing solutions and related support services.
- Collaborate with local authorities, charities and housing providers.
- Maintain accurate case records and follow‑up with clients.
- Promote awareness of available housing options and resources.
Required profile
- Experience in housing services, social work or a related field.
- Strong communication and rapport‑building abilities.

Required skills
