Asset Manager / Property Manager - Commercial Property

About the role

An opportunity has arisen for an Asset Manager / Commercial Property Manager to join a well‑established company that manages shopping centres and specialises in retail asset management, leasing and operations. You will work with internal and external stakeholders to support leasing, redevelopment and the effective management of a commercial property portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Support the day‑to‑day management of commercial property assets.
• Assist with lease negotiations and liaise with tenants on property‑related matters.
• Carry out property inspections and accompany prospective occupiers on site visits.
• Support refurbishment and redevelopment projects across the portfolio.
• Work closely with external consultants, legal advisers and local authorities.
• Identify opportunities to improve property performance and maximise income.

Required profile

• Previous experience as an Asset Manager, Commercial Property Manager, Estates Manager or a similar role.
• At least 2 years of experience in commercial property, asset management, property management, estates or leasing.
• Experience working with commercial property portfolios.
• Ability to build effective relationships with tenants and external stakeholders.
• Confidence managing multiple priorities within a varied property environment.
