About the role
The HR Business Partner will act as a strategic advisor for assigned teams, ensuring that people initiatives align with business objectives and support a consumer‑focused culture.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with line managers on staffing, performance management, compensation, benefits, employee relations and succession planning.
- Liaise with unions and manage collective‑bargaining issues.
- Design and implement organisational change programmes that support talent strategy.
- Drive talent development, diversity initiatives and build pipelines for critical roles.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding and talent acquisition to meet business needs.
- Collaborate on compensation structures and communicate benefits programs.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, conduct investigations and manage complex employee‑relations cases.
- Maintain HR data in WorkDay, generate reports and support system enhancements.
- Monitor employee engagement and facilitate communication between management and staff.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of HR experience.
- Proven ability to navigate and influence within a matrix organisation.
- Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making capabilities.
- Experience building engagement, driving change and coaching leaders.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
