HR Business Partner

About the role

We are partnering with a leading health organisation to find an HR Business Partner for their People team in Greenford. The role will act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, delivering strategic and operational HR expertise to support the organisation’s mission of delivering outstanding patient care.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to align people strategies with operational and organisational objectives.
• Manage complex employee‑relations matters, including disciplinary, grievance, capability, attendance and performance cases.
• Lead workforce change projects such as restructures, organisational redesign, redeployment exercises and TUPE transfers.
• Use workforce data, trends and insights to identify improvement opportunities and inform decision‑making.
• Coach and develop managers to enhance leadership capabilities and embed best‑practice people management.
• Support employee engagement, retention and wellbeing initiatives across the organisation.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with trade unions and key internal stakeholders.
• Contribute to the development, review and implementation of HR policies and workforce strategies.
• Champion a culture of inclusion, diversity, engagement and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Significant experience operating within an HR Business Partner or People Partner capacity.
• Strong employee‑relations expertise and confidence managing complex casework.
• Proven experience leading organisational change programmes, including restructures and TUPE activity.
• Excellent knowledge of employment law and HR best practice.
• Credibility and influence to build strong relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Ability to utilise workforce data and insights to inform recommendations and business decisions.
• Outstanding communication, coaching and stakeholder‑management skills.
• CIPD Level 7 qualification, equivalent, or substantial demonstrable experience.
