HR Business Partner

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join a fast‑growing technology company in Egham. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders across the UK & Ireland, shaping people strategy and driving commercial impact.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver commercially focused HR strategies aligned with business growth.
• Partner with senior stakeholders on workforce planning, organisational design and transformation initiatives.
• Provide expert guidance on employee relations, leadership coaching, performance management and talent development.
• Lead complex employee‑relations cases, including disciplinary, grievance, capability investigations and absence management.
• Champion employee engagement, wellbeing and inclusion programmes.
• Use HR data and people analytics to influence business decisions.
• Collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development and People Operations.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a senior HR Business Partner or equivalent HR advisory role.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence senior leadership.
• Demonstrated success in handling complex employee‑relations matters and organisational change.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
