HR Change Specialist / Business Partner – Part Time

About the role

This part‑time contract position supports a leading arts and cultural institution through a period of significant organisational change. Reporting to senior leadership, you will act as a strategic HR partner, providing expert advice on change initiatives, employee relations and workforce planning.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support change management programmes, including restructures, consultations and redundancy processes.
• Partner with senior managers to deliver strategic HR advice, workforce planning and talent management.
• Handle complex employee‑relations cases such as disciplinary, grievance, capability and sickness matters.
• Advise on organisational design, performance management and inclusive recruitment.
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation, HR policies and best practice.
• Analyse people data to inform workforce strategy.
• Collaborate with Corporate HR, Occupational Health, Learning & Development and other specialist teams.

Required profile

• Significant experience at HR Business Partner or Senior HR Advisor level.
• Proven track record of leading organisational change programmes.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
• Experience managing complex employee‑relations cases.
• CIPD qualification (or in progress) or relevant HR degree.
