HR Intern – Human Resources Placement (12-month)

About the role

Join Club Med as an HR Intern and support the Human Resources Manager in daily operations across our global resort network and London commercial office. This 12‑month placement offers hands‑on experience in HR administration, employee relations, and payroll processing.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare employment contracts, manage benefits enrolment, and handle end‑of‑contract procedures.
• Maintain accurate data in the Workday HRIS, draft official letters, and coordinate visa processes.
• Process monthly payroll using Moorepay and ADP, and assist with merit increase campaigns.
• Support onboarding and offboarding of employees and trainees, answering queries on payslips, compensation, and benefits.
• Provide assistance to international staff with work certificates, medical claims, and travel discounts.
• Contribute to HR projects and manage the trainee recruitment campaign.

Required profile

• University student seeking a placement year in Human Resources.
• Organised, proactive, and able to meet deadlines.
• Discreet with confidential information.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Fluent in English; French is a plus.
• Eligible to work in the United Kingdom.
