About the role
Blackmont Consulting is seeking a motivated HR Intern to support its recruitment activities for business consulting projects. This remote, non‑remunerated position is designed for currently enrolled students or recent graduates who want hands‑on experience in recruitment and consulting support.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct the recruitment process for business consultants using LinkedIn and approved channels.
- Maintain an up‑to‑date Excel record of candidate contacts, application status, and related details.
- Participate in weekly coordination meetings with the Branch Manager to align recruitment efforts with project needs.
Required profile
- Currently enrolled university student or recent graduate.
- Demonstrated reliability, strong communication, and ability to work independently.
- Interest in consulting and recruitment; previous experience is helpful but not mandatory.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
