HR Manager – Lead People Strategy

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead and develop our people strategy during a period of rapid growth and integration. This senior leadership position works closely with the executive team to align talent initiatives with the company’s ambitious expansion plans.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of the company’s People Strategy aligned to ambitious growth plans.
• Lead recruitment strategy, develop best practices and support key hires.
• Review and enhance HR systems and digital platforms.
• Oversee and update HR policies in line with employment legislation.
• Provide expert HR advice and guidance to managers across the business.
• Develop and deliver learning & development programmes, including coaching and training initiatives.
• Lead talent management activities such as succession planning and performance frameworks.
• Manage and develop HR team members.
• Produce regular HR reporting and insights for senior leadership.
• Conduct internal audits to ensure consistency and compliance across divisions.

Required profile

• Experienced HR professional with proven leadership in dynamic, growth‑focused environments.
• Strong background in organisational development and people strategy.
• Experience supporting change, acquisitions or rapid expansion.
• Ability to influence and build relationships at senior level.
• High level of integrity, professionalism and results‑driven mindset.

Required skills

• CIPD qualification or equivalent professional experience.
• Expertise in organisational development and talent management.
• Proven ability to design and implement HR policies and systems.
• Strong communication, coaching and stakeholder‑management skills.
