HR Specialist - Talent and Performance

About the role
We are seeking an HR Specialist to support a global organisation through a Talent and Performance transformation. The role will focus on the 2026 performance cycle and the implementation of Workday Performance, working closely with senior leaders, project managers and the wider HR team.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate stakeholder engagement across HR, senior leadership and project teams.
- Design and deliver operational readiness for talent, performance management and a new upward‑feedback system.
- Support the build and configuration of Workday Performance modules.
- Assist in the rollout of the 2026 performance cycle, ensuring alignment with transformation objectives.
Required profile
- Proven experience in talent operations within a global transformation project.
- Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a client‑facing environment and influence senior stakeholders.

What we offer
- 6‑9 month contract
- Hybrid working model (London based)
- Competitive daily rate of £450
