HR Systems & Reporting Specialist (iTrent)

About the role

The HR Systems & Reporting Specialist will own WEA's iTrent HR platform, driving self‑service, automation and robust reporting to support data‑led people decisions. This is a full‑time, hybrid role based in Leeds, reporting to the HR leadership team.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance the iTrent system, ensuring optimal functionality for employees and managers.
• Introduce automation to reduce manual HR administration tasks.
• Develop and deliver statutory returns, DfE reporting and a monthly people dashboard.
• Provide trusted HR reporting to enable confident decision‑making.
• Collaborate with HR colleagues to align system capabilities with business needs.

Required profile

• Experience working with iTrent or similar HR information systems.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data accuracy and integrity.
• Ability to translate business requirements into system enhancements.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
