About the role
We are looking for an HR Team Assistant to support the Global HR Co‑Directors and the wider HR team at Fremantle. This hybrid role (minimum four days in the office) will ensure smooth day‑to‑day HR administration and contribute to a positive, collaborative culture.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the diaries and expense claims of the Global HR Co‑Directors.
- Welcome internal and external stakeholders before meetings and organise HR team and sub‑team gatherings.
- Arrange travel for HR Territory Heads and Global Co‑Directors.
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing HR‑related invoices.
- Provide first‑line support for HR queries, including self‑service systems, benefits, references and policy questions.
- Support onboarding and off‑boarding: prepare employee folders, conduct right‑to‑work checks, issue offer materials and manage induction schedules.
- Meet new hires on day one and facilitate presentations and invitations.
- Prepare reference letters, issue contractual changes via DocuSign and ensure documentation is filed.
- Assist recruitment processes: post job adverts, schedule interviews and maintain candidate communications.
Required profile
- Experience in HR administration or a similar support role.
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with employees and external partners.
