HSQE Manager – Engineering & Field Service

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HSQE Manager to lead Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental initiatives across multiple sites in the UK. This senior position offers the chance to shape standards, drive continuous improvement and support operational teams in a rapidly expanding organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead HSQE activities across the business and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Manage ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 systems, including internal and external audits.
• Conduct risk assessments, investigations and compliance reviews.
• Promote a positive safety culture and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support engineering, manufacturing, logistics and construction teams with HSQE guidance.

Required profile

• Proven HSQE, SHEQ or HSE management experience.
• NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Experience managing ISO management systems.
• Background in engineering, manufacturing, logistics, construction or similar.
