Human Resources Manager – Hybrid (London)

About the role

This permanent position offers a hybrid working model (two days in the office) within a respected international law firm in London. Reporting to the Head of HR, you will partner with senior stakeholders and influence both operational and strategic people initiatives across the firm.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert advice on employee relations matters to partners and senior managers.
• Lead and develop a small HR team while collaborating with specialists in recruitment, learning & development, and diversity & inclusion.
• Drive firm‑wide people projects, talent discussions, and organisational change programmes.
• Shape and improve HR processes to enhance the overall employee experience.

Required profile

• Commercially minded HR professional with strong business‑partnering experience.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage complex people issues.
• Experience leading and developing HR team members.
• Background in a law firm preferred, but professional‑services experience is also considered.
