HVAC Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Project Manager to lead a portfolio of large‑scale commercial HVAC contracts across London. You will manage projects from pre‑construction through handover, ensuring they stay on schedule, within budget, and meet all quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee Tier 1 commercial HVAC contracts ranging from £500K to £5M.
• Manage site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and project timelines.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety, quality, and documentation requirements.
• Liaise with clients and stakeholders throughout all project phases.
• Travel to multiple sites across London using company‑provided travel card.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years HVAC project management experience.
• Ability to work flexibly and complete 40 hours per week while keeping projects on track.
• Field‑based role with regular site visits across London.
