Hybrid Therapist – VTCT Level 3 Swedish Body Massage (Edinburgh)

About the role

Lush Spa is offering an internal training pathway for staff who wish to become qualified hybrid therapists. Successful candidates will complete the VTCT Level 3 Swedish Body Massage course and then work across the spa, reception and shop floor, promoting spa services and driving sales.

Key responsibilities

• Attend self‑study and teacher‑led theory sessions.
• Complete practical training and assessments at the Lush Spa Training Centre.
• Provide Swedish body massage treatments to clients once qualified.
• Support spa reception and assist with product sales on the shop floor.
• Maintain health and safety standards and deliver excellent client care.

Required profile

• Current Lush employee with a strong passion for spa treatments.
• Good spoken and written English; multilingual candidates are welcome.
• Willingness to complete unpaid assignments and attend scheduled training.
• Commitment to achieving the VTCT Level 3 qualification.

Required skills

• Swedish Body Massage techniques.
• Basic anatomy and physiology knowledge.
• Health and safety awareness.
• Client care and communication.
