IFA Administrator – Financial Services Office Role

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic IFA Administrator to join a growing independent financial planning firm in Bristol. You will work closely with financial advisors, providing essential administrative support and acting as a first point of contact for clients.

Key responsibilities

• Submit applications to providers and manage online applications.
• Prepare paperwork for client meetings and provide template letters for advisors.
• Update the in‑house CRM system and generate regular reports.
• Liaise with providers and clients via phone and email.
• Use the quotation system for in‑house services.

Required profile

• Previous experience in an administrative role within financial services, mortgage or pension sectors, or as an IFA Administrator.
• Strong time‑management and initiative‑taking abilities.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Good computer literacy, particularly with Microsoft Word and Excel.

What we offer

• Competitive salary between £25,000 and £33,000 per year.
• Full‑time permanent contract.
• Office‑based role with standard Monday‑Friday hours (8:30 am‑4:30 pm) and some flexibility.
