IFA Administrator

About the role

The IFA Administrator will support Financial Advisers and Consultants at Titan Wealth Planning, ensuring client and plan data are accurate and up‑to‑date for client reviews. Working in a fast‑growing wealth management business, you will help deliver advice that complies with FCA regulations and internal procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update client and plan information in the IO system.
• Request, chase and upload plan information from providers, ensuring timely receipt.
• Record contributions, withdrawals and transfers, and validate fund balances and pricing.
• Check and update income expectations and cost/charge details for each client plan.
• Prepare client valuation reports using standard IO templates and upload them to the system.
• Create “OneNote packs” and other documentation as requested by advisers.

Required profile

• Experience working in a financial services or wealth‑management environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple data sources.
• Good understanding of FCA regulations and financial planning processes.
• Ability to work collaboratively with advisers and external providers.
