IFA Administrator – Path to Paraplanner in Wealth Management

About the role

Join a respected independent financial planning firm in Essex as an IFA Administrator. You will work alongside experienced advisers and administrators, supporting the delivery of high‑quality client service while following a clear progression route into paraplanning.

Key responsibilities

• Process new business applications and set up client files.
• Prepare client documentation, valuations and related paperwork.
• Liaise with providers, advisers and clients to resolve queries.
• Maintain accurate client records and manage back‑office systems.
• Provide general IFA administration support to advisers.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in an IFA, wealth‑management or financial‑planning environment (or similar financial services administration role).
• Excellent organisational ability and strong attention to detail.
• Proactive, positive attitude and genuine interest in a long‑term financial‑planning career.
