Implementation Business Analyst – Investments

About the role

We are seeking an Implementation Business Analyst to join our investment team in London on a 6‑month contract. You will work 2‑3 days per week on‑site, supporting the rollout and optimisation of Charles River Development while tackling complex data and process challenges across the investment lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and optimise Charles River Development within the investment management platform.
• Collaborate with front‑, middle‑ and back‑office stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and robust processes.
• Identify, trace and resolve data and position issues at their source.
• Maintain start‑of‑day processes, controls and reconciliations.
• Challenge existing workflows and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Strong business analysis experience in investment management.
• Hands‑on experience with Charles River Development (or similar OMS platforms).
• Good understanding of security master, static data management and trading data flows.
• Ability to work across front‑to‑back investment operations.
• Proven problem‑solving skills and confidence to question existing processes.
