Implementation & Training Lead

About the role

Alfred H Knight is seeking an Implementation & Training Lead to head the rollout of core global systems across its international laboratory network. Based at the global head office in Prescot (Liverpool), you will drive the end‑to‑end implementation of LIMS and Job Management tools while designing and delivering global training programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of Implementation Analysts, fostering accountability and professional growth.
• Oversee the full implementation lifecycle for projects spanning multiple continents, from planning through to go‑live.
• Establish and maintain high‑quality governance, risk and change‑management standards to ensure consistent delivery.
• Manage capacity, track targets and provide clear reporting to senior stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven leadership and coaching experience in a technical implementation environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non‑technical stakeholders globally.
• Delivery‑focused mindset with a track record of meeting deadlines and targets.

Required skills

• LIMS implementation and support.
• Job Management tools deployment.
• Change Management methodologies (e.g., Prosci).
• PRINCE2 project management certification.
• Agile/PMQ frameworks.
