In-house Production Assistant

About the role

Knucklehead is seeking an in‑house Production Assistant to join its Old Street office. The role supports a variety of productions, including commercials, music videos, and digital content, working closely with a Producer.

Key responsibilities

• Book crew members and production equipment for scheduled shoots.
• Arrange travel logistics for talent and crew.
• Create and maintain production schedules, call sheets, and related documentation.
• Assist on set during shoots, ensuring smooth operation of day‑to‑day activities.
• Support the Producer in coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in production support or assistant roles.
• Demonstrated ability to manage logistics and coordinate teams.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to develop into a Production Manager role.

Required skills

• Experience with crew and equipment booking processes.
• Proficiency in creating schedules and call sheets.
• Knowledge of travel and logistics coordination.
