In-Resort Host – Guest Experience Specialist

About the role

As an In-Resort Host you will be the face of our hospitality team, creating memorable experiences for international visitors throughout their stay in Malta. You will guide guests through tours, activities and daily itineraries, ensuring every moment is enjoyable, safe and well‑organised.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and accompany individual or group guests from arrival to departure, maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Deliver informative and engaging programmes that showcase Malta’s attractions and culture.
• Arrange and oversee safe, comfortable transportation to all scheduled destinations.
• Coordinate, plan and execute visits according to published itineraries, offering well‑researched alternatives when needed.
• Inspect and maintain the cleanliness and presentation of transport vehicles.
• Monitor the quality and standards of third‑party suppliers such as restaurants, guides, and venues.

Required profile

• Strong dedication to exceptional guest service and reliability.
• Flexibility to work full‑time with variable shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• Ability to communicate effectively in at least one of the following languages: Polish, Romanian, Italian, French, German, Spanish, Portuguese, Dutch, Serbian.
• Preference for candidates fluent in multiple languages.
