Independent Financial Adviser – Client Bank – £50-60k + Bonus

About the role

Eden Rose is seeking a qualified Independent Financial Adviser to take over an existing high‑net‑worth client bank in the Henley, Marlow and Reading area. You will inherit a portfolio of warm, loyal households from day one and work alongside a senior adviser who will provide hands‑on mentorship.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and service an existing client bank of high‑net‑worth households.
• Conduct annual reviews and ensure all advisory obligations are met.
• Provide clear, client‑friendly advice on ISAs, pensions, bonds, retirement planning and inheritance tax.
• Meet clients in person across Buckinghamshire, Berkshire and Oxfordshire or via Teams, according to client preference.
• Collaborate with a senior adviser while operating autonomously.

Required profile

• Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (or equivalent) with CAS status – essential.
• Early‑career, ambitious and eager to grow within a supportive practice.
• Strong relationship‑building skills; no cold‑calling required.
• Professional, personable and committed to long‑term client relationships.

Required skills

• Knowledge of ISAs, pensions, bonds, retirement planning and inheritance tax.
