About the role

We are partnering with an award‑winning independent financial advisory firm in Sussex that is expanding its team of experienced advisers. The successful candidate will join a well‑established practice serving high‑net‑worth (HNW) clients, with a ready client base and full support from paraplanning and administration teams.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive financial advice and wealth‑management solutions to HNW individuals.
• Develop and maintain tailored investment, retirement, and tax strategies.
• Collaborate with paraplanners and administrative staff to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Stay up‑to‑date with regulatory changes and market developments.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a financial adviser with a track record of success.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
• Strong understanding of wealth‑management products and regulations.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
