Independent Financial Adviser – Leads Provided

About the role

We are partnering with a respected financial planning firm in Surrey to hire an Independent Financial Adviser. All client leads will be supplied, allowing you to focus on delivering high‑quality advice to existing and prospective high‑net‑worth clients.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive financial reviews for clients with up to £500,000 of investable assets.
• Identify and present suitable pension, investment and insurance opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with the paraplanning team to develop tailored recommendations.
• Manage leads, report progress to senior management and contribute to new business generation.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a financial advisory role.
• Level 4 Diploma (or equivalent) with progress towards Chartered status.
• Current Competent Adviser status and commitment to ongoing professional development.
• Ability to work confidently in a fast‑paced, client‑focused environment.
