Independent Financial Adviser – Manage Client Bank

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Independent Financial Adviser to join a well‑established financial planning firm on the East/North London border. You will be responsible for managing an existing client bank and expanding the portfolio through proactive business development.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and grow an existing client bank of high‑net‑worth individuals.
• Identify and acquire new clients through targeted outreach and networking.
• Re‑engage un‑active clients, rebuilding relationships with tailored financial advice.
• Conduct regular annual reviews to ensure clients stay on track with their financial goals.
• Operate in full compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a client‑centric Financial Planner or Adviser.
• Strong track record in business development and client acquisition.
• Ability to work under pressure while delivering high‑quality service.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team mindset.
